Office Manager and Executive Assistant to the President (Part-Time)
MacKenzie is looking for a collaborative, highly organized candidate to join our team as an Office Manager. The ideal candidate has approximately 3-5 years of experience in office administration and management, HR, executive assistance and financial management.
A hands-on group of high-level creative thinkers that help our clients to deliver strategic communications solutions to generate awareness, impact and success. Based in San Francisco, we work with clients throughout California and the U.S., across education, health care, transportation, economic development, professional services, and non-profit sectors.

^ An individual with experience implementing and improving HR policies and procedures
^ Experienced at managing business financials
^ Resourceful and adept at shifting gears in a fast-paced working environment

^ Eager to learn, and willing to go the extra mile to deliver a quality piece of work
^Work directly with third party accountant to manage financials. This includes invoicing, processing accounts payable, recording deposits, tracking expenses, approving payroll, monthly reporting and reconciling monthly credit card payments.
^ Manage all HR systems and processes
^ Provide administrative and executive assistance to the President and CEO
^ Manage office systems and logistics
^ Develop and implement staff outings and activities
^ Copy edit marketing communications proposals, and other materials as needed
^ Assist with travel arrangements
Required Skills/Personal Requirements:
^ 3-5 years of office administration and executive assistance experience
^ Proficiency in QuickBooks is a strong plus
^ Strong verbal and written communication skills
^ An interest in marketing and communications
