Apple Tree Dental provides access to a new, innovative model for dental care. Inspired by the Mayo Clinic model, Apple Tree is nationally recognized for its pioneering approach to integrating dental care as part of overall health and wellbeing. With an integrated team of professionals that includes specially trained dentists and a multilingual staff, Apple Tree provides quality preventive care and treatment at its eight dental clinics in Northern California and Minnesota, and through its robust mobile care program.

Apple Tree engaged MacKenzie to promote its expansion into Northern California. In addition to planning the groundbreaking and grand opening ceremonies, MacKenzie developed a marketing communications plan to support Apple Tree’s business goals of introducing and educating the community on Apple Tree Dental, and ultimately building the practice in Northern California. The plan included a recommended message platform and supporting proof points; assessment of existing communications materials and collateral; and a creative brief and recommendations for how to reach target audiences using various tools – print, website, digital marketing, social media, grassroots marketing, and so on. MacKenzie worked closely with Apple Tree staff in California and Minnesota to roll out the marketing communications plan and generate excitement that a world-class dental care center dedicated to serving all residents, regardless of age, ability or socioeconomic status, is now available in Northern California.
