Jen draws on many years of experience managing messaging and communications for MacKenzie’s diverse client base, including work on behalf of seven California State Universities; major non-profits, including the Presidio Trust; and the Water Emergency Transportation Authority/San Francisco Bay Ferry. Her abilities to assimilate complex concepts and information, simplify, and then communicate across various channels to diverse audiences and stakeholders is a skill valued by her clients. A graduate of Santa Clara University, she brings a strong commitment to community service to her work-life portfolio. Prior to joining MacKenzie, she held marketing communications positions with the National Multiple Sclerosis Society and Dignity Health.
