Service West is the West Coast leader in commercial furniture installation, logistics and warehousing. For four decades, the company has transformed office spaces, hospitals and hotels – bringing clients’ and designers’ visions to life.
After 40 years in business, Service West’s brand no longer accurately conveyed the company’s expertise, breadth, talent and specialized services. The management team challenged us to refresh the company’s “look” and messaging, and develop a content marketing program that would position the organization for growth and expansion.
Before launching an overhaul of Service West’s brand and messaging, we wanted to better understand the organization’s unique story and value proposition. We conducted intake sessions and surveys with the company’s leadership team, employees and clients, and armed with these insights, developed a refreshed brand concept that highlighted Service West’s strongest asset – its talented people.
We collaborated with Tyler Chartier to capture original photography that would introduce the many team members working “behind the scenes,” incorporating the visuals with colored textures and geometric shapes in a scaffolding-style brand system that represents Service West’s talent and technical expertise.
We also developed a messaging framework, a custom-designed website, email communication templates and marketing collateral, along with executing a multi-channel content marketing campaign leveraging blog, social media and thought leadership content to kick-off the refreshed brand launch and promote the company’s 40th anniversary.
